Oreo Gelato Recipe

  • 80g of crushed oreos
  • 4 pasteurized egg yolks
  • 400 ml of whole milk
  • 2 tbsp of golden syrup
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1-2 ml of vanilla extract
Oreo Gelato Recipe
  1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until it has a creamy texture and the yellow color is almost white. 
  2. Then add the syrup and stir. In with the milk and the seeds from the vanilla pod and the extract.
  3.  When everything is mixed well it is ready. In the icemaker and stir until it is delicious creamy. 
  4. It should have an hour in my machine. Two minutes before the ice cream is done, crush the oreos and get them in. 
  5. Come if necessary the gelato in a pot and put in the freezer for an hour. Ready to serve – a delicious gelato!
