Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

TOP LAYER
  • 1 Package (85G) strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 Cup boiling water
  • 1 Cup sliced strawberry
  • 1 Tablespoon unflavoured gelatine
CHEESECAKE LAYER
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 8 Ounces brick cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon unflavoured gelatin
CRUST
  • 3/4 Cup milk
  • 1 1/2 Cups Graham crackers crumbs

Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:

TOP LAYER
  1. STIR the gelatin in a boiling water until fully dissolve, refrigerate until thicken.
  2. FOLD sliced strawberries into gelatin mixture.
  3. SPOON into the desired mould and refrigerate until set but not firm.
CHEESECAKE LAYER
  1. SPRINKLE gelatin evenly over water and allow to absorb for 2 minutes.
  2. BRING to a boil while stirring until gelatin is full dissolved.
  3. TRANSFER into a mixing bowl and beat cream cheese.
  4. ADD sour cream, sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until mixture is smooth.
  5. ALLOW to cool to room temperature.
  6. GENTLY pour over the topping layer and refrigerate until set but not firm.
CRUST
  1. GRIND Graham crackers into crumbs, set aside
  2. SPRINKLE gelatin evenly over milk and allow to absorb for 2 minutes.
  3. BRING milk just to a boil being careful not to let it boil over.
  4. TRANSFER into a mixing bowl, allow to cool to room temperature
  5. STIR cracker crumbs into the milk gelatin mixture.
  6. GENTLY spoon into the mould over cheesecake layer
  7. REFRIGERATE until firm, unmould and serve.
