No-Machine Nutella Ice Cream Recipe





INGREDIENTS:
  • 450ml Double Cream, cold
  • 200 grams (1/2 a 397g tin) Condensed Milk, cold
  • 115 grams Nutella, whipped slightly

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Pour the double cream into a bowl. Whisk with an electric whisk until you reach soft peaks.
  2. Pour in the condensed milk and Nutella. Stir to combine. 
  3. Taste. If you think it needs more Nutella, add it in. If you think it should be sweeter, add more condensed milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into an airtight box and freeze for a few hours or overnight.
  5. To serve, scoop into bowls or cones, drizzle with melted Nutella and enjoy!
