Banana Pudding Poke Cake Recipe



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 box White Cake Mix (plus box ingredients)
  • 2 small boxes (3.4 oz) Instant Banana Pudding Mix
  • 3 cup Milk
  • 5 large Bananas
  • 8 oz thawed Frozen Whipped Topping (Cool Whip)

Banana Pudding Poke Cake Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Prepare cake in 13x9" pan according to box directions.
  2. Allow to cool until just slightly warm.
  3. Use spoon handle to poke holes evenly across cake.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Combine milk and pudding mix and whisk until well blended.
  6. Pour pudding over cake making sure it gets down into holes.
  7. Slice bananas and distribute over pudding layer.
  8. Refrigerate cake for 15 minutes to allow pudding to set up.
  9. Spread whipped topping evenly over cake.
  10. Garnish with a few banana slices.
