Macaroons Recipe

  • 3 cups coconut flakes
  • ⅓ cup all purpose flour
  • pinch of salt
  • ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (or imitation vanilla extract)
Macaroons Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a mixing bowl, add coconut, flour, and salt and mix well
  3. Add milk and vanilla and mix well
  4. Scoop a spoonful of mixture and drop onto a greased baking sheet. Drop each scoop at least one inch apart.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes (depending on your oven) or until golden on top
