No Churn Avocado Ice Cream Recipe




INGREDIENTS:
  • one avocado (around 200g or 7 oz without the stone)
  • 300 ml double cream (10 fluid oz)
  • 120 g (4 oz) condensed milk
  • (optional) squeeze of lime or 1 tsp lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Mash avocado with a fork, does not need to be super mashed. It’s good to still have some chunks in it.
  2. Mix lime juice with the avocado. Set aside
  3. Using a stand mixer or electric hand held mixer, mix double cream and condensed milk until you get to soft peak stage.
  4. Gently fold mashed avocado into the cream mixture.
  5. Scrape everything into a container and put into the freezer for at least three hours.
