No Bake Toffi Cheesecake Recipe


Bottom Ingredients (form 21cm):
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 2 Tbs butter
Cheese Mass Ingredients :
  • 500g mascarpone
  • 1 cup heavy cream (33%)
  • 3 Tbs icing sugar
  • 3 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 150g unsalted peanuts
  • 250g dulce de leche
  • 1 Tbs butter
No Bake Toffi Cheesecake Recipe

  1. Line the bottom of the form with baking paper.
  2. Put the form in the freezer for a moment.
  3. Chop the chocolates into pieces and melt them with butter in water bath.
  4. Take out the form from the freezer.
  5. Pour chocolate mass on the bottom of the form.
  6. Put it in the freezer again and wait till chocolate gets a bit thicker.
Cheese Mass 
  1. Combine mascarpone with icing sugar.
  2. No mixing is necessary at this point.
  3. Mix heavy cream with vanilla sugar until you get thick creamy mass.
  4. Start adding whipped cream to mascarpone, in two or three turns.
  5. No need to hurry :)
  6. When the cheese mass is combined, pour it onto the chocolate bottom and leave in the fridge.
  1. Roast peanuts a bit on a frying pan.
  2. Heat up dulce de leche with butter until incorporated.
  3. Put the peanuts onto the cheese mass and press a bit.
  4. Pour it with dulce de leche mass and leave in the fridge for cooling 
  5. Decorate it the way you wish
